• We provide Horizontal mergers an IT and process difference report with recommendations for merging and eliminating like processes based on the culture, best-fit for organizational objectives, ease of adoption, and overall process improvement.
• We provide Vertical mergers an IT and process intersection mapping that will show where there is overlap and redundancy, where there are gaps that need to be addressed, where challenges will exist in linking different processes, and where opportunities exist for streamlining the processes that feed the vertical process flows.
• We provide congeneric and conglomerate mergers with an IT usage report that shows where cost savings can be accrued via the migration from dissimilar technologies to like technologies, the same for processes, and opportunities for process improvement.
