A core component and challenge of any merger is the technology involved with regards to the use, procedures, and processes that are applied in both corporate cultures. Noblestar’s knowledge of this technology positions us to provide an IT services analysis of the corporate organizations being merged. The services we offer vary based upon the type of merger:

  • We provide Horizontal mergers an IT and process difference report with recommendations for merging and eliminating like processes based on the culture, best-fit for organizational objectives, ease of adoption, and overall process improvement.
