Education is needed to ensure successful process adoption and tool usage. In some cases, training is used to help promote new and refine practices, where executive commitment is often difficult to obtain. We offer training in various disciplines such as requirements engineering and quality engineering, but we also train our clients on some of the market leading application life cycle tools such as IBM Rational. Our overall goal is to improve software delivery and the IT organization.
