What differentiates Noblestar from other professional services firms?

There are several differentiating factors. We have been successfully delivering solutions for 19 years. Our strengths in project delivery, architecture and deployment has been proven time and time again. All of Noblestar's employees are highly skilled in their respective crafts and bring many, many years of varied technical and business experience to the table. There are no novices here. Perhaps most significantly, all of our practitioners share a common belief and passion in the Rational Unified Process (RUP). They understand the importance and value process brings to successfully turning the true needs of our clients into practical and winning solutions.

Has Noblestar always been a professional services firm?

Yes. Noblestar has not wavered from our mission to provide custom software solutions to our clients since we were founded in 1987. We do not create and sell nor are we married to any products. We are not a staffing firm nor are we a maintenance shop. We have always provided full life-cycle software solutions, strategic consulting and mentoring to our global 2000 and federal clients.

How is Noblestar's hierarchy structured?

At Noblestar, we believe too much hierarchy creates barriers to creativity and our ability to evolve with changes in the marketplace. Noblestar has a very flat organizational structure and an open door policy to encourage the sharing of ideas and our ability to rapidly implement them.

We are not hung up on titles. All of the practitioners at Noblestar are very senior and are capable of wearing multiple hats. We do not pigeonhole our folks into specific roles or industry specialties. We have created an environment where our consultants can continuously learn and stretch themselves in order to take on new challenges and thereby helping them to achieve career satisfaction and personal growth.

Does Noblestar focus on specific vertical markets?

No. Since 1987, Noblestar has diversified experience to include pharmaceutical, manufacturing, financial, distribution, entertainment, hospitality, non-profit, federal and public sector clients. Each engagement an employee participates in may be within a different industry. By taking this approach two key goals are attained. First, our employees are positioned for maximum learning and growth without becoming pigeonholed. Second, our clients benefit because our consultants can bring a wealth of best practices experience from across industries to develop outside-the-box solutions to their most perplexing problems.
