
Paul Opalack is the Chairman of Noblestar Systems Corporation. He is a well-known leader in management consultancy, serving clients for over thirty-five years. He co-founded Noblestar in 1987, with Paul Pocialik.
Prior to founding Noblestar, Paul was a Senior Vice President for Cap Gemini, a Paris-based international consultancy. He directed their National Management Consulting Group, providing IT strategy and management advisory services throughout North America. He started his consulting career with Arthur Young & Co. in their Management Advisory Services group.
He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Finance, both from Lehigh University. Afterwards, he entered the U.S. Army (Infantry) as a 2nd Lieutenant and rose to the rank of Captain, U.S. Army Reserve. He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Leadership in Professional Service Firms program.
Paul is best known in the firm for coaching and growing ambitious talent. It has also been said that he has a talent for spotting the trends that yield real business value and for creating technology incubators that nurture great ideas and innovative thinkers. At each significant shift in the evolution of problem-solving technologies - from client/server, relational databases, and enterprise resource planning, to Internet integration and the wireless revolution - Paul has mobilized Noblestar's talent to rapidly deliver mission-critical solutions that create business impact.
Paul is also an Advisory Board Member of Chain Bridge Bank, McLean, Virginia and an active investor in Venture Capital, Private Equity and Real Estate ventures.
He has also been the largest single contributor to the DC Science Fair, personally providing thousands in cash awards and scholarships to the well-deserving winners. He also owns what may be the smartest English Bulldog in Washington, DC.
