Noblestar UK accepted into the IBM Rational Value Advantage Plus Program

Noblestar, an IBM Business Partner well known for cutting-edge IT thought leadership, announced today that it has expanded its relationship with IBM UK by joining the IBM Rational Value Advantage Plus (VAP) program. They have become the first UK VAP member in the Software Quality arena.

VAP is an initiative designed to reward IBM Business Partners as well as further IBM Rational’s position in the marketplace and maximise the benefits its customers receive, through utilising its products and services. Noblestar qualified for participation in this program because of its knowledge and expertise in the area of Software Quality and the IBM Rational product set as a whole.
