Noblestar Signs Contract to Continue Work on America’s Largest Integrated Justice System

Noblestar, a professional IT Management Consulting firm, announced today they have been approved by the Harris County Commissioner’s Court to continue work on the Justice Information Management System (JIMS) upgrade during the 2006-2007 fiscal year.
Harris County in Texas, the third largest county in the US, is reputed to have America’s largest Integrated Justice System. Beginning in 2006, Noblestar started work on the JIMS2 project – the next generation of an Integrated Justice solution, providing a web based interface, with expanded functionality, and improved usability. Continuing in 2007, Noblestar will address the following areas: Mentorship (hands on support for the JIMS2 development team), Leadership and continuous process improvement (support to the leadership team), and knowledge transfer (formal training sessions).
