Noblestar Consultant Named New Global Rational User Group (GRUG) President

Noblestar, an IT Management Consulting firm, announced today that Carson Holmes, UALM Services Manager, has been elected as the new Global Rational User Group (GRUG) president.

As the UALM Services Manager at Noblestar, Mr. Holmes helps numerous clients achieve their IT goals with pragmatic process, policy and metrics. He also works closely with IBM to provide feedback on RUP, RMC, JAZZ and the Green Thread project. Mr. Holmes is currently the president of the Los Angeles Rational User Group (LARUG) and the Orange Count Rational User Group (OCRUG), and served on the board of the GRUG for the last year, before becoming president.

Holmes comments, "The past GRUG presidents, Glenn Stout and Ricardo Garcia, did a tremendous job. They left some big shoes to fill, but I am ready to tackle the challenge!" He continues, "Leading the GRUG is a tremendous opportunity for me to help grow the global community, to increase awareness of IBM Rational process and tools, and to provide a network for sharing and support."
