Noblestar Speaks at K&K Group Conference in Central Europe.

Noblestar, an IT Strategy and Management Consulting firm, was chosen by the K&K Group to be their partner at the "Help Desk - Integrating Service Management" conference, held January 25th, 2006 in Warsaw, Poland.

Noblestar Senior Consultant, Marcin Gochnio, held a workshop presentation entitled, "HP Open View Service Desk - Let Technology Not Be an Obstacle to Provide Services to your Clients."  The workshop focused on how the Help Desk plays a key role in service management in order to meet customer expectations while preventing an increase in costs.  The workshop also demonstrated how an effective Service Desk requires processes and tools to be aligned in order to ensure there is a controlled flow from client needs to provider deliverables.  Noblestar presented such a solution, which was based on ITIL Best Practices and HP Open View Service Desk systems.
