Who We Are
Noblestar is an IT Management Services firm, which provides information technology (IT) consulting and advisory services to evolve an IT organization to be an effective, efficient and compliant part of the enterprise.
We use a practice approach to our services, which includes roadmaps and advice to clarify and fulfill the overall vision of the organization. We believe that information technology is a means to an end – where IT must deliver and manage software and technology as well as add value to a cost-conscious organization.
What We Do
For over 20 years, Noblestar has been supporting organizations in defining, optimizing and implementing critical processes. We achieve this by using industry best practices to enrich business operations in a pragmatic, agile and cost-effective manner. Our expertise and experience begins with practices and processes around requirements management, analysis/design, architecture and portfolio management, and ends with software change and configuration management, deployment, and operations management. In essence, we help an enterprise “do the right things, and do things right,” thereby reducing costs.
How We Are Different
We are different from the competition in a number of dimensions, including expertise, approach, philosophies and culture.
Our Expertise
Our consultants consistently exceed client expectations and quickly hit the ground running, to deliver measurable results in the most difficult situations. We are known for our best practices and risk mitigation disciplines that assure delivery – on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards. In other words, we sweat the details to ensure success.
Our Approach
Our approach is best described as engaging. We respect and invite the participation and contribution of everyone and do no look to supplant client personnel with our own staff. Rather, we selectively deploy our consultants to best compliment you domain expertise with our own unique blend of business and technology expertise. Sometimes, less is more. Careful coupling of our own highly experienced consultants, with energized and focused client staff, consistently produces superior results.
Our Philosophy
You can count on us to always give our best effort and show up ready to perform. We expect nothing less from our consultants and have solidified this expectation internally. We have earned a broad-based reputation for doing the hard stuff. This is born from an entrepreneurial flair for effectively harnessing emerging technology that benefits our clients’ business. Our culture is a “can-do” one, and we look for challenging opportunities to prove ourselves by taking on the most difficult tasks.
